National recognition for our independent Irish jewellery brand, 30 years in the making.

In 2025, Seoidín was named Jewellery Store of the Year at the Elavon Retail Excellence Ireland Awards, a proud milestone for our Irish jewellery brand founded in Ennis, County Clare, in 1996.

The awards are organised by Retail Excellence Ireland, described as Ireland’s largest representative body for the retail industry, with more than 500 retail executives attending the 2025 ceremony.

 journey to winning made the recognition even more meaningful.

Before taking home Jewellery Store of the Year, Seoidín was selected as one of just 30 finalists for National Retailer of the Year.

The shortlist was created to recognise retailers promoting best practice and the highest standards in Irish retail, placing Seoidín alongside some of the country’s most established retail businesses.

The competition was significant. Retail Excellence Ireland CEO Jean McCabe said the calibre of entries in 2025 was outstanding and that the judging panel faced an “exceptionally tough task” selecting the final winners.

Seoidín went on to be officially named Jewellery Store of the Year 2025.

The achievement received national recognition, with Seoidín featured in The Business Post as part of its coverage, “Celebrating Resilience and Innovation at the Elavon Retail Excellence Ireland Awards 2025.”

The Business Post’s print feature named Seoidín, Ennis, Co. Clare as Jewellery Store of the Year and featured the Seoidín Ennis store among the award-winning retailers.

The recognition followed earlier coverage from the Irish Independent, which reported Seoidín’s selection among the National Retailer of the Year finalists.

30 Years of Irish Jewellery

For us, the award represents much more than one year.

Since 1996, Seoidín has grown from a small independent business in Ennis into an established Irish jewellery brand, while holding onto what makes us distinctly Seoidín.

Our approach has always centred around original design, jewellery expertise, quality and personal customer care.

We design in-house, work with trusted suppliers and specialists, provide jewellery repairs and aftercare, and continue to look after many Seoidín pieces long after they are first purchased.

Thirty years later, a small Irish team is bringing the brand into its next generation — introducing new ideas while protecting the signature style and personal approach that have been part of Seoidín from the beginning.

Winning Jewellery Store of the Year 2025 is recognition of how far we've come.

But for us, the most important part remains the same: creating jewellery people love, providing expertise they can trust and looking after our customers and their pieces for years to come.
