Delivery & Returns
Seoidin makes it easier than ever to shop for jewellery online thanks to our incredible jewellery collection but also because we offer free shipping in Ireland and the UK as well as an easy returns process in case you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Read our full delivery and returns policies and processes below. If there is anything else you are unsure of, don’t hesitate to contact us.
How much is delivery?
Seoidin offers free delivery for all orders over €100 in Ireland and the UK. Orders below €100 will come with a delivery fee of €5. This means you can order any of our products from our online shop and delivery to any Irish or United Kingdom address will be free of charge. If you are ordering from outside Ireland or the UK, then contact us directly for more information about delivery charges.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery in Ireland usually takes 1-3 business days. Delivery across Europe takes approximately 3-4 days and delivery to other parts of the world takes about 3-8 days.
Can I track my order?
Yes, if you have received a tracking number it means that your order has been dispatched. In the event the tracking number does not work, it could be due to it not being loaded on to the An Post or Fastway couriers database. Check back after 6pm on same day and if it's still not showing please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll be happy to help.
Can I send my order to an alternative address?
Of course, just enter the alternative delivery address into the delivery address section before you check out. If it is a gift that you are sending to the alternative address, you can also add a note to the order before you check out.
What should I do if I think my order has been lost?
If you are worried that your goods have been lost at some point on their journey to you, please contact us within 20 days of placing your order. Double check you have entered the correct address at the checkout as we cannot replace or refund products that have been sent to the wrong address. We want to ensure that your Seoidin parcels reach you safely. Therefore all of our parcels are fully insured.
My order has arrived but is damaged, what should I do?
In the unlikely event your pieces have arrived in a damaged condition or there is a discrepancy in the contents of an order you have received please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the delivery.
I received a Seoidin gift as a gift, can I exchange it?
If you have received your Seoidín piece as a gift we are more than happy to provide an exchange for you, this is provided that we still have the exchanged piece currently in stock and you can provide the name of the person who gifted you the piece. This way we can look up their order and confirm that it falls within our 30 day exchange policy.

Can I track my returned items?
When you return an item, it will be processed within 14 working days of it being received in the shop. As soon as your return has been processed we will email you to confirm. We recommend that you return your piece via tracked post to ensure that it arrives safely with us. If you keep a hold of the tracking number you can also check when it has arrived back in the store. It can take up to 14 days for a return to be processed before our accounts team can issue the refund.
I have returned an item to be fixed, how long will this take?
Please allow 4-5 weeks for your repair to be processed as it has to be returned to our studio before our goldsmith and jeweller can assess your piece. Depending on the nature of the repair this may take up to 5 weeks. We do however, endeavour to get all repairs fixed and back to our customers in an efficient and timely manner.
