Store Manager | Seoidín Eile | Ennis, Co. Clare

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement strategies to attract customers
• Manage and delegate to a small but passionate sales team
• Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments)
• Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
• Monitor and maintain store inventory
• Order merchandise based on demand
• Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best
• Coach and support new and existing Sales Associates
• Communicate with customers and evaluate their needs
• Monitor and analyse consumer behaviour and adjust product positioning accordingly
• Deal with and resolve complaints from customers
• Ensure all employees adhere to company’s policies and guidelines
• Actively provide feedback in identifying new products and efficient processes and systems to ensure Seoidin remains to the forefront of the industry
• Act as our store’s representative and set an example for our staff

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Retail Assistant Manager or similar position would be very beneficial
• Familiarity with financial and customer service principles
• Leadership and organisational abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive with a strong problem-solving attitude
