Current Roles 


Assistant Store Manager - Seoidín, Ennis, Co. Clare

To expand our team, we are looking for a responsible Assistant Manager to help organise and run our retail store and fill in for the store manager when required.  Your job will be highly important in ensuring the sales team meets its goals of efficiency and customer satisfaction and managing inventory.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Retail Store Manager in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers
  • Provide support and cover for the Store Manager
  • Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments)
  • Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
  • Monitor and maintain store inventory
  • Order merchandise based on demand
  • Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best
  • Coach and support new and existing Sales Associates
  • Communicate with customers and evaluate their needs
  • Monitor and analyse consumer behaviour and adjust product positioning
  • Deal with and resolve complaints from customers
  • Ensure all employees adhere to company’s policies and guidelines
  • Actively provide feedback in identifying new products and efficient processes and systems to ensure Seoidin remains to the forefront of the industry
  • Act as our store’s representative and set an example for our staff


  • Proven experience as a Retail Assistant Manager or similar position would be beneficial
  • Familiarity with financial and customer service principles
  • Leadership and organisational abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive with a strong problem-solving attitude
  • Be available to work 5 days a week, including working 1 Saturday in every 2 weeks
